Pop Art in Passau

LivingArt_EinladungTwo Pop Art artist bring joy and color to the city of Passau.

The famous 3D-sculptures and originals of the New Yorker James Rizzi are combined with metal sculptures of the artist Patrick Preller from the Bavarian city of Fürth. James Rizzis died too early. A dedication to his work will be an exhibition in the gallery Living Art in Passau. The gallery present in this fantastic combination the modern Pop Art wave.

On November 15th all fans and art lovers are invited to see the colourful art works. Patrick Preller will attend the opening at 7p.m.

In the Gallery Kunstetagen Wroblowski visitors can see from October 11th until November 16th art works of the artist James Rizzi. New post memoriam 3D constructions, as well as etchings, sketchings and works from the early periode are exhibit.

The opening takes place on October 11th 6p.m. You are invited cordially in the Kunstetagen to admire and buy colourful art of James Rizzi.

James Rizzi in memoriam

During the shopping night on May 4th in Tübingen gallery Griesshaber in Tübingen arranged a unique retrospective exhibition. The gallery shows one of the last developed sketches, drawings and art pieces of the artist. Art works from the Rizzi estate are now available in this show.

All guests are welcome on May 4th in Tübingen!

 

In memory of James Rizzi in Sweden

UnbenanntAlso in Sweden a exhibition in memoriam takes place. The estate of James Rizzi is now in Europe and will be presented in this wonderful exhibition on April 27th in the MIVA Gallery in Malmö. Extraordinary paintings from the New York Loft can be seen in May and June in the gallery

The exhibition „In memory of James Rizzi“ shows Rizzi fans and collectors the special colourful world of Rizzi.

 

Retrospektive in Wiesbaden

Zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung in Memoriam James Rizzi wird der langjährige Freund und Verleger Bernhard Feil anwesend sein.

Exhibition in Memoriam James Rizzi

Palz2In the Gallery Palz in Saarlouis the first exhibition in memoriam of James Rizzi in the Saarland takes place. The gallery presents original paintings, graphics and 3D art works of James Rizzi. A highlight are objects and art works directly from the New York SOHO loft of the artist.

Santa Claus Vernissage in Hamburg

In the Walentowski gallery “Udo Lindenberg & More” in Hamburg a selcetion of original paintings and handsigned prints will be presented from 06th – 31th of December 2012. A brand new series of new 3D artworks can be seen for the very first time in public.

The opening takes place on December 06th from 6 until 9 p.m..

 

Tabaluga House with Rizzi Tree

On September 3rd the Tabaluga House in Duderstadt opened.

The therapy center for traumatised children in the center of the town Duderstadt has been opened by the famous singer Peter Maffay and the major of Dudenstadt. James Rizzi supported the foundation of Peter Maffay and the symposium „Maffay Begegnungen“ for many years. Rizzi designed the logo of the symposium for the protection of childrens. The logo is a tree as symbol for the protection and respect of children and teeenager.

In front of the new Tabaluga House children designed together a wooden tree with papers, paintings and Rizzi-Birds. In similarity to Rizzis art children presented this colorful and lifely symbol to the public.

 

Rizzi in the border triangle

Rizzis World will be presented from 06th of October until 31st of December 2012 in a special exhibition in the Gallery Bohn in Lörrach. The opening will take place on 5th of October  at 7p.m.. All fans and visitors from Germany, France and Switzerland are warmly welcome.
Next to original paintings visitors will find 3D constructions from the past 5 years, as well as the new edition, the signed imprited edition. The new Rizzi calendar, porcelain of Goebel, books and further products of the artist are also available in the gallery.
